LB4LB TEAM 20 - Importance of core values such as respect, discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship

LB4LB Team 20 is a community based non-profit amateur boxing program that provides a training facility, elite boxing training, conditioning training, boxing career-advancing events and competitions for 20 amateur boxers yearly.

The camaraderie and support within these programs create a network of individuals who uplift and motivate each other. This community becomes a safe space for participants to share experiences, seek advice, and build lasting friendships. The support system provided by these programs helps individuals overcome challenges and provides a sense of belonging.

The LB4LB Team 20 mission is to empower and enlighten potential athletes that may not have the resources, knowledge or the proper environment to reach their full potential in boxing.

LB4LB Team 20 Boxers Receive:

  • Boxing training by professional trainers

  • Boxing Equipment including but not limited to: hand wraps, boxing gloves, body protective gear, headgear, team uniform, mouthpiece, ext.

  • Training Facility

  • USA boxing registration fees covered

  • Boxers who are a part of the LB4LB Team 20 program will have the opportunity to participate in multiple boxing events annually:

  • Hosting 5 sparring shows

  • 3 amateur boxing shows

  • 12 on the road Boxing shows.

  • Under the LB4LB Team 20 program fighter will have a Total of 20 boxing shows a year, which will mold the boxer to be consistent, accountable, install positive discipline, practice a healthy lifestyle and build champions.

Coaches and mentors within these programs serve as role models, teaching participants to treat others with respect, follow rules, and maintain high ethical standards.
